Google Shared Drive
You both have Edit access to the Google Drive folder below, which is for both the overall Group and also the discrete Units of Scouts & Venturers. We inherited this folder from many years ago and have continued to maintain it.

The key structure of the folders is as follows:
9th Caulfield Group Folder — has some folders that the committee uses and also the details of the QStore in there.
Activities 20nn — these are the details of what was completed each year; they contain photos, programs and other key documents. Starting from 2022 there is a subfolder of Venturers & Scouts in each year; prior to that it was always Scouts.
Australian Scout Medallion — these are the previous applications we have done for ASM/ASA over the years.
Jamboree 2021/22 — important documents we had as part of the 2021/22 jamboree in Elmore.
Mindari — GlenEira Stonnington — historical folder of the Mindaris that were on; I have started putting some more recent documents in there also to build it back up.
Scout Achievement Chart — this is where I stored the spreadsheet I use to print and put up on the hall for where Scouts were up to.
TeamApp — this is the document that we often put in emails for Welcome to new families and how to use TeamApp as a Parent & Youth.
